Should a tech startup go global? In the words of Jesus Encinar of Idealista he says it all depends. A term that I have heard all too much throughout my MBA. It seems that there is no real algorithm or set of rules. However he offers the following three pointers:
1) Be careful where and when you launch
2) It is best not to launch in a market where there is a large leader
3) Sometimes it’s better just to focus on your own market and becoming the market leader
